Great breakfast and nice welcome. Natural yoghurt, fresh fruits, musli and full English... Near beach.

Rachel is extremely friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. The cooked breakfast is very nicely prepared and is huge. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped.The B&B is just opposite the Seal pub which is a good option for evening meal but can get very busy.5 minutes from the beach and even closer to the main Selsey shops and cafes.
I stayed here in March in a lovely newly decorated room. Rachel was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere to stay in Selsey.
Rachel was a lovely host, extremely kind and considerate. We arrived slightly late but she made us feel welcome straight away. The rooms were lovely and a comfy mattress. The breakfast was nice with a lot of options. We will be back soon Rach.
